2. Enter the recipient’s name and email address (and an optional personal message) on this page.

3. Complete your purchase securely through our online checkout.

4. The recipient receives a digital gift card by email with a unique code.

5. They simply book an appointment with Bombay Skin Clinic and show the gift card email/code at the front desk when they arrive.

6. The gift card value is adjusted against their in-clinic treatment bill as per the terms below.

(If you prefer, you can also enter your own email as the recipient and forward the gift card to hand over personally.)

🏥 Where can this gift card be used?

• Redeemable only for in-clinic treatments at Bombay Skin Clinic located at Kemps Corner, Bandra, Andheri and Chembur.

• Not valid for the purchase of retail products or online orders.

• Prior appointment is recommended. All bookings are subject to availability.

⏰ Validity

• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The expiry date will be mentioned in the gift card email.

• Valid only for in-clinic treatments at Bombay Skin Clinic, Mumbai.

• Single-use only. No partial redemption.

  • The full value of the gift card must be used in one visit.

  • Any unutilised amount after first use will automatically lapse.

• No refunds and no cash redemption under any circumstances.

• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

• Cannot be clubbed with certain offers, packages, discounts or promotions, as per clinic policy at the time of redemption.

• The clinic reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient and the gift card code before redemption.

• Lost or shared codes that are used by someone else cannot be reissued if already redeemed.
